A few isolated reports of timing chains stretching that have been replaced under warranty, but nothing that appears to be endemic. The 1.6 injectors are quite easy to remove, you can use the compression to "assist". To install a replacement, you'll need the injector, the washer/seals and a new seal for the fuel return line.
