Garmin has a nice easy to use quick release system, and Amazon has heaps of third party options. The strap needs to match up to the watch size, so the 6S doesn’t fit the 6. Garmin has some official ones, including a nice leather one but they are very expensive. The third-party options include metal straps and nato straps.

The fenix 6 Pro contains the extra 32gb that allows it to store music and offline maps. My fenix 6 pro in connect iq shows 15.63mb remaining after 3 watch faces are installed. But plugging it into my laptop I get the 32gb to out maps and music onto it. If your watch is the 6, then it'll have the 32mb, most of that runs the watch software

I just switched myself a month ago, and I also have Apple Music but it’s tough. So here’s what I do: For songs I own that I’ve manually imported into Apple Music, this is relatively easy: I just sync those songs in a dedicated running playlist, then connect my watch to my Mac and sync.
